Registration Process

a. To participate in the International Conference on Wood Based and Engineering Technology (ICWET 2026), please register by submitting your abstract before the deadline.

b. Participants will be notified of abstract acceptance via email, so please check your inbox, including the spam/junk folder.

c. Participants are required to submit the full papers and pre-recorded video by the deadline.

d. All the important updates regarding the conference will be communicated via email and telegram. Participants are required to join the official Telegram group for real-time updates and communication. The link for the telegram is on the abstract submission and registration form.

Participants Category:

a. Presenter: Presentation and paper publication
i. Malaysia
ii. International

b. Additional paper presentation: Submitted more than one paper under the same authors
i. Malaysia
ii. International

c. Publication only – Proceedings publication only

d. Participant (Listener)

Fees and Payments

a. Participants must complete the payments once the letter of acceptance has been
received.

b. Kindly upload the proof of payments via the form provided on the website.

c. Payments must be made before the deadline to confirm your registration. If payment is not
received, your registration will be cancelled.

e. Payment can be made in MYR or USD for international participants.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Substitutes are allowed to replace the participant
at no extra cost.

b. However, in case of double payment (e.g., due to multiple registrations or errors during
payment), the excess amount will be refunded. However, a 3% processing fee will be
deducted from the refunded amount. Refund processing takes 2-4 weeks post-conference.
