\u00a0GUIDELINES FOR ICWET 2026 AUTHORS:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Paper Originality and Uniqueness<\/strong>
a. All submitted papers must present original, previously unpublished research results, either experimental or theoretical.<\/strong>
b. The papers should not have been presented or published elsewhere. Authors must ensure their paper is free of any content previously published in journals, conference proceedings, or online platforms.<\/strong>
c. An originality report (e.g., Turnitin) is required to be submitted along with the full paper, and a similarity score exceeding 30% will not be accepted.<\/strong><\/p>

2. Language<\/strong>
a. Papers must be written in either English or Malay.<\/strong>
b. Submissions in any other language will not be accepted.<\/strong>
c. The title, abstract, and keywords must be in the selected language, and the paper should maintain high language quality. Authors are encouraged to proofread their work or seek language support to ensure clarity and precision.<\/strong><\/p>

3. Paper Publication in Multiple Languages Papers should not be published under the same title in multiple languages. Submitting the same research in different languages (without meaningful differences in content) is considered unethical and may lead to the rejection of the paper.<\/strong><\/p>

4. Submission and Review Process<\/strong>
a. Authors are required to submit abstracts and full papers via the official ICWET 2026 submission form on the website.<\/strong>
b. All papers will undergo a blind review process. Authors will receive feedback for revisions if necessary.<\/strong>
c. Acceptance or rejection notifications will be sent to the corresponding author via email.<\/strong>
d. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their paper complies with all submission requirements before submission. Late submissions or failure to follow the guidelines may result in automatic rejection.<\/strong>
e. Authors must make amendments to their papers based on the feedback provided by the reviewer.<\/strong>
f. For major correction papers, authors will be given additional time to make revisions, and the papers will be sent to the panel for a second review. A second major correction will result in automatic rejection.<\/strong><\/p>

5. Paper Formatting<\/strong>
a. Authors must use the official paper template for abstracts and full papers, which can be <\/strong>downloaded <\/strong>from the website.<\/strong>
b. Ensure that your paper is within the specified word and page limit (usually 8-10 pages, including references, figures, and tables).<\/strong>
c. Proper use of headings, subheadings, tables, and figures is essential for clarity.<\/strong>
d. Ensure that all figures and tables are labelled and referenced in the text. The resolution of figures should be high enough for clarity when printed.<\/strong><\/p>

6. Ethical Standards and Plagiarism<\/strong>
a. Authors are expected to adhere to the highest standards of ethics in research. Plagiarism, fabrication of data, or any form of unethical conduct will result in automatic rejection of the paper.<\/strong>
b. Authors should properly cite all sources used in their research and ensure they have permission to use any copyrighted material.<\/strong>
c. Any conflicts of interest or funding sources should be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of the paper.<\/strong><\/p>

7. Presentation at the Conference<\/strong>
a.<\/strong>\u00a0Presenters will be given a specific time slot for their presentation. Please note that the presentation schedule is subject to change.<\/strong>
b. Presentations should not exceed the allotted time (typically 15 minutes), followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.<\/strong><\/p>

8. Final Paper Submission<\/strong>
a. The revised paper must be submitted, incorporating the feedback from the reviewers.<\/strong>
b. Final papers must be submitted by the deadline for inclusion in the conference proceedings.<\/strong>
c. All final submissions will be reviewed for compliance with the formatting and ethical guidelines before publication.<\/strong><\/p>

9. Copyright and Permission By submitting a paper, the authors agree to grant the conference organizers the rights to publish the paper in the conference proceedings and related materials. The title must be written in bold, using fourteen point Times New Roman font, and centered.<\/strong>

The full first name of the first author, full second author, and last author must be provided.<\/strong>
The font should be ten point Times New Roman and centered.<\/strong>
Author\u2019s Affiliation and Mailing Address<\/strong>
The affiliation and complete mailing address must be written in ten point Times New Roman font and centered.<\/strong>

The heading \u201cAbstract\u201d must be written in twelve point Times New Roman font, bold, and justified.<\/strong>

The abstract must consist of two hundred to two hundred and fifty words.<\/strong>
The text should be written in ten point Times New Roman font, justified, with single line spacing.<\/strong>
No scientific symbols, acronyms, numbers, bullet points, or lists are allowed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. ABSTRACT CONTENT REQUIREMENTS<\/strong>
